Take a Quick Mental Health Break Without Anyone Knowing

If you encounter a stressful day at work, there’s a way to have a quick mental break without anyone knowing. 
Some days are definitely more stressful than others and sometimes taking a half-hour break to reset isn’t realistic. So, what can you do for a quick mental health break?


Take 21 deep breaths. 


Close your eyes, breathe in through your nose, out through your mouth. It will lower your cortisol (your stress hormone) and boost your serotonin (your happiness hormone).
